DELIVERY

- Delivery delay
All our jewelry is handcrafted, according to your request. For the preparation of your embroidered jewel, you will need to allow a maximum of 3 working days. If urgent request, do not hesitate to specify it in the space "Special Instructions" of your order and we will do everything to satisfy you.

In France
Once your order has been prepared, delivery times vary depending on the delivery method chosen:
- Follow-up letter: 48h to 72h
- Colissimo: 24h to 48h

Internationally
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive it within 3 to 8 working days.

- How do I track the delivery of my order?
I have an online account
If you wish to follow the progress of your order, log in to your account on our e-shop and consult the "History of my orders" section.

I don't have an online account
Once your online order has been placed, we have sent you a confirmation email, following which you will receive an email indicating the shipment of your order and including its tracking number.

- Can I collect my order in store?
Yes ! Consult the opening hours of our shop-workshop here .


RETURN or EXCHANGE

- Trades

  • In store: We only exchange jewelry purchased in one of our two stores . All you have to do is present yourself on site with your ID and proof of purchase dated less than 30 days (without this proof of purchase, no jewelry will be taken back).

If you don't want to complete your exchange right away, we can transfer the funds to a gift card valid for 1 year.

  • Online: We do not exchange on our website www.camilleenrico.com . For another model or another color, simply return your item and reorder on our e-shop!

- Returns & Refunds

  • Online: You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it for reimbursement. To do this, simply return your package by slipping the return form into the package, which can be downloaded here . Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Be sure to keep the original packaging of your jewelry and that it is not damaged, stained or even already worn, otherwise the return would not be possible.

  • In store: We do not refund store orders. Only exchanges are available within 30 days and only upon presentation of proof of purchase. We can also issue you a credit in the form of a gift card valid for 1 year. Once the date has expired, no more operations will be possible.

- What are the reimbursement terms and deadlines?

  • Online: You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Allow approximately 7 working days from receipt of the product to allow time for our Workshop to process your return package.
  • In store: only exchanges or credit notes are available (see above)
